Amber Palace Hospitality, founded in 2013 by entrepreneur and actor Dev Raturi (德福), is an international Indian hospitality brand with a strong presence in China.

Originating in Xi’an, China, the brand operates a successful chain of Indian restaurants across major Chinese cities, recognised for authenticity, consistency, and operational excellence.

In 2025, Amber Palace launched its first Indian business hotel—Hotel Amber Palace Gurugram. Strategically located in Gurugram’s corporate hub, 15 km from the airport, the hotel is designed for the modern business traveller.

The hotel is led by an experienced global leadership team and an awardwinning celebrity chef, delivering refined hospitality with authentic Indian flavours.

Hotel Amber Palace Gurugram represents Amber Palace’s India entry, combining global experience with Indian heritage to set new benchmarks in business hospitality.
